Vertical Vibration Concrete Pipe Machine

Vertical vibrating concrete pipe machines are considered an alternative to traditional manufacturing facilities. Automation equipped with robotized industrial accessories is available throughout the precast plant.

With the powerful mandrel vibrator, the maximum frequency of pipe machine can be up to 6000rpm, these allow the machine to produce almost all dimensions of the product from 300mm to 3600mm, up to 3 meters in length.

With dry cast concrete as aggregate, the mold can be removed immediately after manufacturing. The new design vertical vibrating concrete pipe making machine can make PVC lining pipe, steel lining pipe, and GRP lining pipe.

Core Vibration system

The powerful vibrator of this vertical vibrating concrete pipe machine maximizes the density and strength of concrete. With a vibration force of up to 398 KN and a maximum frequency of 6000 rpm, concrete flows like a liquid in the mould, forming a perfectly shaped pipe with a smooth surface.

Fully-automatic control

Individual machines are automatic with user-friendly control panels. Equipped with robotized accessories, it was possible to operate the entire manufacturing plant fully automatically.

Easy-curing process

The dry casting process and strong vibrator produce high strength pipes. This pipe hardens fast enough only in the natural hardening process.
